Anne came to our school to talk about the importance of Mindfulness and how important it is to take care of ourselves. She led staff in P. D. and also came into our classrooms to work with the students. It really helped us to have her model leading Mindful Meditation with both staff and students. She continues to come every week to support us in our practice and I always look forward to Anne's Yoga class after a busy day at work. She has such a lovely, soothing voice leading us in stretches, breathing exercises and relaxing meditation. Anne is so knowledgeable and I appreciate how she interchanges familiar exercises with new ones.
