Finding our connection from the inside out

 

As a registered 200 hour RYT Yoga teacher, Anne brings her experience of yoga, ayurveda, and meditation to yoga classes suitable for all levels of ability. With a gentle, meditative approach, she guides her students to turn within to listen deeply and approach their practice with intelligence and curiosity. We seek to cultivate a relationship with our stillness while befriending and honouring our bodies.

Trained in Hatha Yoga with the guiding principles of Vanda Scaravelli and the deep influence of Ayurvedic wisdom in her life, Anne's approach is guided by her exploration of embodiment and the quality of well being that results in taking the time to listen to what are bodies are sharing with us. Having experienced a very serious car accident that left her with a variety of challenges, Anne needed to learn how to heal on many layers. She continues to explore the quality of connection and real surrender required to access deep healing and has found that yoga has been an immense gift on this journey. 

Anne is currently enrolled in the Yoga, Ayurveda, Mantra and Meditation Advanced Course  with the American Institute for Vedic Studies under the direction of Dr. David  Frawley.

She has advanced training both as an Ayurvedic Yoga Teacher as well as a Chi Yoga Teacher with the Marina MacLean School of Yoga.
